It came with my Tsukasa Cosplay, but got a different hat with a smaller brim, and that wasn't as stiff.
I removed the stiff plastic piece that sat in the front to try to shorten how high the hat stood. I no longer have the stiffener piece.
Large circumference, recommended to wear with a wig.
