I messaged the shop for my size since I'm usually a 2XL in Asian women and a Large in Asian Men. I purchased a 2XL as a backup which was mailed to me first. Pants do come with pockets and belt loops. Pants do have elastic and there is a lot of space for those with thicker thighs.
