Jojo's bizarre adventure-Steelball run- Homemade Hotpants cosplay

This is a handmade Hotpants cosplay from JJBA. This cosplay comes with the hat, shawl top, dress, leggings and bell bottoms. The material this cosplay is made of is Spandex. The HP belt is not included as it was Damaged. The top of the dress and leggings have stripped glitter on them the glitter tends to easily rub off.
This costume was only warn a couple times and recently handwashed. I feel this cosplay could use some TLC but over all its well put together. I'm hoping to find it a new home to see many more cons! :)
