I made the chest thing, I would say it can stretch up to 46"? It kind of depends where you want it to fall on you.
This does not include shoes, chest (sorry, I was borrowing it), or black arm bands (DOES include his canon green ones). Also includes wig.
The pant flap things are currently safety pinned on. If you want them sewed onto the pants just let me know.
