• headband (note that the headband originally is just felt and came bent. When I wore it, I added zipties and taped stuff behind it to keep them standing, which looks fine in photos but can be seen from behind. Note they are temporary so I would advise you to try your own methods to fix it.)
• fluffy ears and tail piece already attached
• horns (Horns included are NOT pictured in my cosplay photos. They are the ones in the original listing, I wore my own for my photos.)

NOT included:

• hair rings...? (I don't actually recall getting those)
• pantyhose
• shoes
• wig

I live near NYC (NJ Jersey city area) if you wanted Pickup.
The whole costume has only been lightly worn once and has been discounted to account for it, as well as the current price on Uwowo website.
Sizing:
I personally found it fairly stretchy and accommodating.
Note: I am short at ~5ft so the only thing I would take into account is how much thigh/leg you want to show lol. It barely showed any on me (my sizes are ~32" chest, ~27in waist hips free and it definitely could go bigger but follow the listed suggestions).
