Included:

• Dress (One piece that attaches to choker and apron)
• Sleeves (I already attached the decorations)
• Thigh Highs (garters are attached)
• Hair Ribbon
• Back Ribbon (I totally forgot to wear it in my photos)
• Headband
• Horns (Note they are the soft cloth ones, NOT the hard plastic ones featured in my photos. I wore my own.)

Not Included:

• Vision (does not come with it originally)
• wig

Sizing:
I wore this about ~2 times so price is reflected. It's pretty comfortable.
I did have to use fashion tape around the chest to keep it on, which I advise. I have tried to clean it in case there is any residual stickiness, know it was just tape.
I am usually an Asian Small but this was bought on the international site. I'm short at 5ft chest: 33" waist: 27".
I would say the sizing is as advertised. Hips is free.

Pickup:
I live around the NYC/NJ (Jersey city) area. Cosplay is not too bulky but kind of frilly.
