This Mitsuru costume was made in 2012/2013. It is being sold AS-IS as it has been worn a few times and was one of my earliest costumes I made myself.
Bust: 34"
Waist: 26-28" (maybe up to 30"? I have not checked the exact measurements but it may potentially have some wiggle room)
Hip 40"
Things to know:
The cuffs are not operational, they are sewn shut. The interior of the shirt has raw edges due to the way I did the lines on the shirt at that time. The skirt has an invisible side zipper. The armband will need to be safety pinned onto the shirt. It does have velcro to close but to get the 'floating' effect like the game it has to be pinned.
