Ballgown Umi Sonoda Cosplay

Umi Sonoda from Love Live Ballgown card costume. All pictures are of the actual costume. Includes: upper and lower halves of dress, sash, hat, ribbons. Does not include: wig, hoop skirt, gloves, bracelet. I added the bottom-most purple layer of the skirt on for length, so this could be easily removed if you need it shorter.
Pit to pit: ~15-17”
Waist flat across: max size is ~14.5-15” but it also has lacing in the back to go smaller if needed.
