Sister Iris from Fire Force

Originally purchased from AliExpress size M. (US small) There are some modifications into the basic black and white dress. A scrap of black fabric was added to the waist to make the dress longer. Upgraded belt to hold the heavy black skirt in place. Also have the original white stockings. (Recommend buying regular white tights) The white opera gloves did not come with original costume.
There are some light blue pen marks on the white bottom of the dress.
