Powerpuff Girls Z Buttercup cosplay (washed and only worn once)

I’m putting up my amazing cosplay for sale! I purchased it from RoleCos and only wore it once at a convention before giving it a quick wash. This set includes the dress, jacket, choker, belt, and both leg and arm bands. The only thing missing is the black fingerless gloves, but those can easily be remade or found online.

It’s a size 2XL, and while I can't locate the size chart since it’s no longer listed on RoleCos’s site or Aliexpress, I’ll share my best estimate based on what I remember.
